We do not offer traditional financing, but we do offer a Rent to Own option on all of our buildings. Rent to Own is a great way to make low monthly payments over time, while securing your building today. If you have further questions on Rent to Own, please ask your local dealer.

Certain counties require residents to obtain a permit to place a building on their property. We recommend checking with your county before your building is delivered as Pine View is not responsible for permitting. Here are some general tips for finding out if you need a permit: 

• Visit the website of your local building department. Most building departments have websites that list permit requirements. 
• Call your local building department. This is the most reliable way to get accurate information about permit requirements. 
• Talk to your neighbors. Your neighbors may know if you need a permit for a shed.

It is! Up to 30 miles from your closest dealer location. There is a $3.50/mile fee for deliveries over 30 miles.

Set up is included up to the minimum height to make the building level. If there is a request to make the building higher than the minimal height, please make sure to discuss this with your dealer and dispatcher prior to delivery so the appropriate fees can be applied, and materials can be provided.
